Izotova Galina Sergeevna
Born on May 3, 1960 in Cherepovets, Vologda Region.
1983 — graduated from N.A. Voznesenski Leningrad Institute of Economics and Finance with a degree in banking and finance. In 2001 – Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with a degree in public administration.
2006–2007 — Deputy Presidential Envoy to the Northwestern Federal District.
2007–2011 — deputy to the State Duma of the fifth convocation, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on federal affairs and regional policy.
2012–2014 — Deputy Presidential Envoy to the Volga Federal District.
2014–2015 — chaired the Management Board of Joint–Stock Company “Federal corporation for the development of small and medium–sized business”.
2016–2017 — Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Drobmash.
2017–2019 — Member of the General Council of the All–Russia Public Organization Delovaya Rossiya, Chairman of the Financial Services Committee.
On September 25, 2019, on the proposal of the President of Russia, she was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation by the Federation Council.
